Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to Super Network & Parkes Broadcasting Co. Pty Ltd Stations (hereafter known as THE ROK and 2PK)

THE ROK reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

 

95FiveTHE ROK loves giving away stacks of free stuff however, we do ask that everyone play fair and play by the rules. If you participate in any of THE ROK’s competitions there are a few rules you must agree to before entering.

Upon entering any competition on THE ROK via telephone, SMS, Facebook, website, or by any other means it is to be considered you have read, accepted, and agree to abide by all Terms and Conditions set out by Parkes Broadcasting.

Just remember, there can only be one (1) winner/prize per household/family within the thirty (30) day period for any competition. However, c However, cash winners for competitions like The Secret Sound are ineligible to enter any cash prize competitions, like The Secret Sound for ninety (90) days

Congratulations to all ROK prize winners. If you have recently won a prize on THE ROK, please remember it must be picked up within thirty (30) days. There can only be one winner per family/household. When you call in to collect your prize, please remember to bring your photo ID. These Terms and Conditions apply to all completions run on THE ROK.

Secret Sound

• Special Terms and Conditions apply to THE ROK's  Secret Sound

• Any winner of the Secret Sound is ineligible to enter the Secret Sound or any cash prize competitions for a further ninety (90) days.

• Any prize won during this time will be forfeited. 

• Payment is by cheque and is sent to our Station. This process may take up to eight (8) weeks from the day won

• Winners will be notified when to collect their prize. 

• THE ROK and its associated agents do not give any guarantees or warranties to prizes whatsoever, and under no circumstances shall THE ROK or its associated agents are not responsible for any damage, loss, or consequential loss suffered by any party as a result of their use or misuse of a prize.

No person may enter any contest more than once unless stated in Special Terms and Conditions.

All prizes must be collected within 1 month of winning. Unclaimed prizes thereafter will be placed back in the prize pool or made use of as THE ROK sees fit.

THE ROK will not notify winners of the remaining time, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to collect their prize.

All prizes won are accepted at the risk of the winner.  Parkes Broadcasting is not responsible for any defective prizes or misuse of any prize, or any claims, liability, loss or damage, negligence, warranties connected with the prize aforementioned or not..

 

There can only be 1 winner/prize per household/family per month. All prizes must be claimed by the winner unless otherwise advised. Identification must be produced to claim a prize (examples include: a driver’s license/passport/student card which includes a photograph). At its absolute discretion, THE ROK may allow the winner to nominate a representative to collect a prize. Identification of both the winner and representative will be required.

THE ROK may elect to post a prize but no responsibility will be accepted by THE ROK for the safe postal delivery of the prize.

If a winner chooses not to accept a prize then they forfeit that entire prize.

Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when collecting their prize and have either a photo ID or a  Birth Certificate.

Upon request by THE ROK, a copy of these Terms and Conditions must be signed by any winner.

All prizes and vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable in any way and cannot be taken as cash.

 

Cash prizes such as The Secret Sound - Payment may take up to an eight (8) week period to process. Winners of The Secret Sound are unable to win another cash prize like The Secret sound for ninety (90) Days. However, they may enter other non-cash competitions after thirty (30 days). Winners will be notified when to collect their prize.THE ROK, and its associated agents do not give any guarantees, or warranties to prizes what so ever and under no circumstances shall THE ROK or associated agents are not responsible for any damage, loss, or consequential loss suffered by any party as a result of their use or misuse of a prize.

Some competitions may require the winner to show/prove your date of birth or age. This must be a recognised legal document ie: Birth Certificate or a current Driver’s License. Prize may be forfeited if proof of age or date of birth is not presented and established.

All prizes must be collected by the winner and not by another party.

If the nominated prize is or becomes unavailable; THE ROK, at it’s absolute discretion may substitute a replacement prize.

All competition entries and any material submitted in connection with any contest (written, audio, electronic or visual) become the property of THE ROK. Entry into any contest deems consent to use prize winners names and photographs and audio for any promotional purposes.

 

As a prize winner, caller or on-air participant at any event, your voice may be recorded and later used on-air or online for promotional purposes at a later date.

Entries via the Internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant. THE ROK  is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the website, the Internet or any other website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to any injury or damage to any persons computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any material from admin2pk@superradionetwork.com.au or other sites associated with the radio station. it's sales or promotional activities or ventures.

 

Parkes Broadcasting  reserves the right at all times and in its absolute discretion to accept competition entries by one or any of the following means set down in the competition.

1. Telephone

2. SMS (Short Message Service)

3. Facebook or Social Media

4. Website

5. email

6. Facsimile

7. Or any other means, and using any technology that Parkes Broadcasting deems fit.

THE ROK’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

THE ROK reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, withdraw any prize or cancel all or part of the promotion in its absolute discretion without notice subject to state regulation.

Persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter any contest where the prize consists of alcohol or vehicle or where special Terms and Conditions are enforced and state otherwise.

If THE ROK fails to enforce any of these General Terms and Conditions in any instant, no correspondence or claim will be entered into.

All parties are ineligible to enter contests if:

• They have won a prize from THE ROK or any other Broadcast Operations station in the past month to the date. E.g. a winner on March 17, 2022 will be ineligible to win a prize until April 17, 2022 .

• They have won The Secret Sound in the past  three (3) months or any other cash prize

​

• Themselves, family member or someone from the same household as won a prize within the last 30 days.

 

• They are discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name, a different address or an alias name in order to win prizes from THE ROK.

​

• They are an employee or a member of the immediate family of an employee of Parkes Broadcast Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 93 000 266 624) and/or a sponsor or affiliate associated with the Station

​​

• If they are an employee, family member or friend of an associated business/organisation/committee/group that is running a competition or promotion on Parkes Broadcasting Operations.
