The Australian Communications and Media Authority by law, requires this station, to outline our local content and local presence requirements for commercial radio. The following statement provides the locally produced and hosted programming (between 5.00am and 8.00pm business days), in a simple and easy to read format.

ROK FM is bound by the Commercial Radio Codes Of Practice as endorsed by Commercial Radio Australia and the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
Local Content
ROK FM complies with Australian Communications and Media Authority Broadcasting Service Act
(Material of Local Significance - Notice).
ROK FM provides at least three hours of Local Content, Monday to Friday.
ROK FM Breakfast (Locally produced and hosted) 6am-10am.
ROK FM Morn/Aftn (Locally produced and hosted) 10am - 2pm.

Presenter Agreements
To ensure ROK FM complies with the Broadcasting Standards Act 2000 we are obliged to disclose any commercial agreements ROK FM Presenters may have.
Staff employed by ROK FM (Parkes Broadcasting Co Pty Ltd) have NO commercial agreements in place.
Some programs on ROK FM are relayed from the Super Network group of stations, these can include NEW FM. A register of any agreements these presenters may have can be viewed by visiting the NEW FM website.
